Cherry Studio - Desktop AI Client
Cherry Studio configuration guide â connect this powerful desktop AI client to Nova Router with one-click API key setup. 30+ built-in AI assistants for various workflows.
Chat Settings Options
In the System Settings -> Chat Settings of the Nova Router console, the following shortcut options can be added to easily populate Cherry Studio with a single click on the token management page:

Nova Router Integration
Parameter Configuration
| Parameter | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Provider Type | Select the provider type that matches Nova Router |
| API Key | Use the API key from the Nova Router console |
| API Address | Enter your Nova Router endpoint |
Setup Steps

Copy the API key from Nova Router
- Open the token management page in the Nova Router console
- Find the token you want to use with Cherry Studio
- Click the copy button on the right side of that token to copy the API key

Add Provider
- Open the provider or model settings page in Cherry Studio
- Add a new OpenAI-compatible provider
- Fill in the name, API address, and API key

Add Models
- Add or import the models you want to use
- Make sure the model names match the ones exposed by Nova Router

Return to Chat Page
- Save the configuration and return to the chat page

Switch to the Nova Router model
- Select the newly configured model in the model picker
How to confirm it worked
- The new provider appears in Cherry Studio
- The model is selectable from the model list
- Chat requests return responses normally
Drawing in Cherry Studio

First, add models that support drawing
- Add a model that supports image generation
- Make sure that model is enabled in Nova Router

Draw
- Select the model in the drawing or chat interface and enter your image prompt
